"In the world of insurance our information highway is covered with stories of insurance companies failing customers. It could be years before you need to activate your insurance. Then when you do the experience is terrible. That would not be the case with Mike Brownell State Farm in Lexington Kentucky. Mike and his team are exactly what you want in insurance. In February of this year I lost my barn roof in a wind storm. In June my brand new vehicle was hit and in October I was rear ended. Usually one of my first contacts at Mike Bromwell State Farm is Katie Bremwood. Just a phenomenal agent. Calm, knowledgeable, professional, thorough and believe it or not, always returns calls. Throughout each claim Katie would call to check in to see how everything was going and if there was anything I needed. I don’t know of any other insurance company that can say that about their employees. In closing I can’t say thank you enough to Katie Bremwood as well as Mike Bromwell State Farm in Lexington Kentucky. Katie is the agent you want on the other end of the phone when you contact your insurance company. Navigating the insurance world is confusing. Katie works hard to make that a seamless less stressful process. Thank you Mike Bromwell State Farm and team."
